Matteo spent his weekend on the gilis and there were only a few opportunities for acceptable currents to have a good dive. Lombok strait is known for its strong currents. Diving in the Gilis can be tiring when the currents start to be strong. You could start in one end of the island and end up in the other end of the island in a matter of minutes. Despite all the crazy current worries, Matteo found a window of opportunities to dive and the results were a good size Trevally.
