Best destination if you have big family go up North and avoid the busy Southern Bali. Rent a whole Villa because the price is half the price from South Bali. You will get same facility: Wifi, Swimming pool, Kitchen, living room etc..

The difference between the south and north is the beautiful sunrise and excellent view of the Blue sky, mount Agung,  Fisherman Bay and open sea all day .

First Day we went to our favorite seamount located not to far from the shore. Famous for good size reef fish and Doggy. The water visibility was not so good.  So we decided to head to shore and do a drift dive. We spotted few Moari Seaperch but gave us a hard time.

Then  we reach to another spot the GT Beach house/club. GT Beach Club is famous to host 5 different species of Trevally. First shot was a Bluefin Trevally, then second Shot a 10 Kg GT. We saw few more GT and Golden trivially but not close enough Then we head to snapper point but the current was way to strong. Mari search, Midnight snapper, Redbass and Green Jobfish are all waiting together. But we can’t position  ourself without moving or grabbing to rock which sometime spooks the fish. The closes we get was to Green Jobfish but it was too quick. We try one more drift and had no luck so we call it a day.

While we were diving big boss (my lady) spend the day with the kids in pool and the beach and they look  exhausted and Hungry when we come back which is good sign. Brought the fish to the restaurant next door and made fish and chips for the kids and grilled fish for the adult with sambal matah.

The next Day i call it a day and Hubert and our friend from Canada head off to reef but came back with few reef fish. I spend the rest of the day with the kids and big boss lady. Great way to end the weekend.
