Day 2, we decided to visit old spot small seamount close to the shore. Decision was right on the spot. First spot landed 6-8 kg Maori Seaperch. Seaprett give a good fight wrapping the line around the reef and end up in inside small hole. After several attempt trying to pull the seaprett out of the hole finally the beast was out and it will be a nice decent steak size for the family and friends.
The next spot was The GT Beach House. Visiting the GT house is also guarantee to shoot one. They are fast and close to the rocks. Timing is important and experience also help. 2 GT was taken from the spot to Donate to the village party. Shot Several Reef fish for dinner. The end of the day we are both exhausted..
